You will not find a more charming and accommodating location for business travel or an “in between” stay while waiting for your house to close or kitchen to be remodeled.

The Odell House offers a variety of options for extended stay, both in the main house and in the historic Mission-style Wakefield House, located directly across the street.

Our monthly rates cannot be booked online: they range from the comfortably competitive $1200 per month for a Studio, to the oriental carpeted luxury of our deluxe view units at $1800 to $2800. 

Maid service, private, covered parking and private phone lines are options,  All units have cable, high speed DSL and laundry access, some have stereos, multiple jacks for Internet and wireless service.

They all have in commmon a great central location in a historic area close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, public transportation, full furnishings, queen beds, luxury linens. private baths, and cooking facilities complete with pots and pans, china and wine glasses.

We are a non-smoking facility.  Smoking is allowed on the porches, but not in any of the units. Well-mannered canines are welcome in one of the units of the Odell House, so if allergies are an issue please be sure to tell us so that we may choose another unit.
